I cannot recommend Jake highly enough. We have had a recurring issue for 3 years, which multiple pest control experts have failed to solve. It even got to the point where some companies refused to come and take a look when we explained it had been an ongoing issue, as they “didn’t want to fail”. Jake was recommended to us and came out the same day. On explaining the problems to him, he was immediately able to identify that we had squirrels living in a part of our roof that others had found hard to ascertain – his thorough knowledge of building construction helped immensely. Within a week, Jake had solved our 3 year problem and patched everything up so the squirrels don’t return. Fantastic service!!! I phoned on a Sunday about a bee problem I had. I was fully expecting a call out fee and extra payment as it was a Sunday, however all that was requested was a video of the bees and actually it wasn’t something that needed any intervention.
